How do I order?
  • You can order directly from our shop page.
How long will it take? A couple of hours, days, or weeks?
  • The turnaround will depend on the length and complexity of the project(s) and service(s) requested.
  • A 1,000 word document takes less time to prepare than an 85,000 word manuscript.
  • An eBook cover takes less time to design than a paperback cover.
  • Proofreading takes less time than copy editing.
  • Formatting a text with special characters and images takes longer.
  • Depending on the complexity and amount of information, research turnaround times can vary.

Do I need copy editing or proofreading?
  • Copy editing comes after formatting and includes proofreading, sentence structure, word choice, repetition, consistency, acronyms, etc …
  • Proofreading is the final step. Proofreaders check spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
How do I make a payment?
  • You can do all your shopping online! Visit our SHOP.
  • You will be able to securely order your service(s) and make a secure payment.
What file types do I send? What should I name them?
  • We accept word files.
  • We ask that files be named yourname_projectname_date.doc
  • We accept image files. You can send us .jpg, png, or gif formats.
  • We ask that files be named yourname_projectname_date.jpg/png/gif.
  • If your file is a .pdf file, we will accept it and for a nominal fee, convert it to a word file or image format.
How do I send my files?
  • You will receive an order confirmation with a password.
  • Please enter your password on our UPLOAD page.
  • You will have access to a protected page where you can securely upload your file.
  • Do not hesitate to contact us @bookbroadcaster on Facebook. We can use messenger.
  • You will also find our SKYPE name on your order confirmation.
How will you return my text files?
  • We will send you two-word documents and a .pdf by email.
  • One with clearly identified changes.
  • One with the changes incorporated into the document.
  • One ready-to-publish .pdf document of the approved and final version. (Print ready)
How will you send me the results of the research you’ve done?
  • We will send you a .pdf and/or word document by email.
  • We take copyright and plagiarism very seriously.
  • You will receive one or more documents with detailed information as well as links to the websites that contain the information you requested.
  • We cite all sources and include links to the original document if a “copy and paste” is necessary.
  • For image files, you will receive the website name and link as well as the image name and number.
How many changes can I make once the work is returned to me?
  • If there is oversight on our part, we will make all necessary changes once, free of charge.
  • We offer one free revision. Please note that a revision is not a re-write. We will make up to 10 word changes (changes/additions/deletions) per 1500 words, up to 10 punctuation changes per 1500 words, and up to 5 find and replace word changes free of charge.
  • We may make a few other minor changes, as requested.
What about major changes?
  • We understand the need for authors to make last-minute changes, including major changes and we would be happy to do them.
  • We offer a REVISION option that can be ordered through our storefront.
  • We are typically asked to do paragraph deletions/ moves/ additions, character name changes/additions/deletions, terminology changes, font changes, and the list goes on.
  • Changes are perfectly understandable and often necessary, however, we are unable to include major changes in the original service cost.

  • Reliable and seasoned professionals who specialize in editing, writing, graphic design, fonts, and who have all necessary skills to ensure success.
What about copyright?
  • We take copyright and plagiarism very seriously.
  • We take privacy and confidentiality very seriously.
  • You retain ownership and copyright of your work. It is original and your intellectual property.
  • We can coach you on how to officially copyright your work.
  • The information and documents you submit are only used for completion of requested services by us and freelancers.
  • All information and documents are kept confidential during and after the completion of requested services.
  • We do not give, sell, or transfer any information or documents to third parties.
  • Freelancers who work for us ensure privacy and confidentiality.
  • We do not share your contact details or email address with any organizations.
