Design for readers

Design

Designers know how to make colors pop and elicit an emotional response. They are busy little bees! You may have decided to publish a book, produce a pamphlet, create a poster, write a blog, or design a restaurant menu. You’ve got the writing down. After all, your goal is to communicate content. Design, on the other hand, is the first thing readers see and react to. When well done, design, to some extent, communicates content. Designers, like writers, understand the audience, can think like readers, and be clever, while not too literal. You may decide to create your own design. Do you have a concept? Where will you source the artwork? Do you have the necessary software and tools? Are the images you’ve chosen copyrighted? Would you prefer an illustration? What will the file size be? How will you export and incorporate it? These are some questions you may be asking yourself. Get in touch to talk about your design.
